More than enough!

If you'd have known me before I knew Jesus, then you'd understand why I love Him SO much! If all I had was Jesus, that would be more than enough... but, God in His infinite, sovereign, extravagant mercy and grace, gives me SO much more! He gives me weakness and shows me His strength. He takes my brokenness and fills me with His Spirit. He uses the ashes of my life to bring beauty. He turns my sorrow into joy. Where there is turmoil, He brings peace. He renews my mind with His cleansing, life-giving Word! God uses death to bring me life… death to my flesh, my desires, my agenda, and my selfishness! He is mighty to save, my Living Redeemer, All-knowing, All-powerful, and All-sufficient! He never changes, yet uses change to mold me into His image. He is the Lover of my soul, overwhelming me daily with a love that knows no bounds and fills every empty place. He takes my disappointments and gives me a deeper dependence on Him! He is my Lord, my Savior, and my friend. He is faithful when I am not. When others have rejected or abandoned, He says I am here and I will NEVER leave you or forsake you! He knows my every thought, word and deed yet He whispers to my soul “I completely know you, love you, and I have forgiven you!" He loves me just as I am, but entirely too much to leave me there! Because of Christ my broken, captive heart was rescued and restored. He makes all things NEW. He alone is worthy of ALL my praise. He alone deserves every ounce of glory for ANY good that comes from my life! Oh, what an awesome God! Won't you praise Him with me today!!
